Merita Merja, is the most popular Albanian make-up artist and hair stylist, who for many years has also become the favorite make-up artist of well-known screen characters, who trust their image to her creations. For several years, she has also been designing evening and wedding dresses. Like never before, a few days ago Merita Merja became part of “Jewerly Fashion Week Dubai 2022” and not as one of the guests who enjoy the fashion shows, but for the first time as the only Albanian designer who managed to show at the Fashion Week in Dubai the fashion show with her collection, alongside the most famous designers in Dubai.
“I was wearing a simple black dress. It didn’t take me long to come up with them as dresses, because I was so inspired, but it took us a long time to work on them. During my fashion show at the end, I also had a moment where I got very emotional and cried because of the moderator’s words because they appreciated me a lot and this was a dream that came true. It was exciting and everything was so beautiful. I have had compliments and I hope the fatigue has paid off”
