E vetme nuk mund t\u2019i p\u00ebrballosh ato se v\u00ebrtet q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb s\u00ebmundje dhe nuk t\u00eb d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb, ama ta nxijn\u00eb jet\u00ebn. S\u00eb dyti, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, klienti nuk beson tek aft\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe nd\u00ebrgjegjia e tij, por kujton se \u201cshp\u00ebtoi\u201d nga \u201crreziku\u201d sepse u largua nga sendet e mprehta, lart\u00ebsia etj. pra fiton reflekse t\u00eb gabuara, t\u00eb kusht\u00ebzuara dhe n\u00eb vend q\u00eb ta \u00e7m\u00ebsoj\u00eb ankthin si nj\u00eb sjellje t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar (t\u00eb gabuar) e m\u00ebson at\u00eb me shum\u00eb si nj\u00eb lloj \u201crefleksi\u201d i keq, i kusht\u00ebzuar. K\u00ebshtu pra konsiderojeni edhe k\u00ebto obsesione si ca \u00ebndrra me sy hapur, nga t\u00eb cilat mund t\u2019ju \u00e7liroj\u00eb shum\u00eb mir\u00eb psikoterapia me disa seanca dhe terapit\u00eb e \u201c\u00ebmbla\u201d e jo ato me ila\u00e7e q\u00eb krijojn\u00eb var\u00ebsi e kan\u00eb efekte an\u00ebsore.
