Sipas tij, \u201cbesimi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem abstrakt i<br>fondacioneve t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive, (nga t\u00eb qenit normal) nd\u00ebrsa ankthi dhe frika jan\u00eb kushti q\u00eb<br>shkat\u00ebrrimi i mekanizmave mb\u00ebshtesin besimin i cili provokon. Kjo i jep<br>epitet tjet\u00ebr k\u00ebtij libri duke e shnd\u00ebrruar at\u00eb n\u00eb sfond t\u00eb gjer\u00eb holistik dhe mjaft\u00eb dometh\u00ebn\u00ebs ku<br>secili lexues mund t\u00eb gjej vet\u00ebn e tij.<br>S\u00eb k\u00ebndejmi, libri n\u00eb kapitullin e tret\u00eb dhe kryesor fokusohet n\u00eb rastin e Kosov\u00ebs, duke analizuar<br>dhe shtjelluar si\u00e7 pohon autorja \u201cnj\u00eb sfond historik dhe nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe<br>shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb struktur\u00ebn institucionale politike, korniz\u00ebn ligjore, krijimi i<br>Gjykat\u00ebs Speciale t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe roli i bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Kapitulli v\u00eb theks t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb edhe rolin dhe ndihm\u00ebn e<br>SHBA-ve, vendeve evropiane, misionin e UNMIK-ut, NATO-n, EULEX-in, OSCE-n, si dhe<br>organizatat tjera nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<br>Libri i gjithashtu kushton v\u00ebmendje edhe periudh\u00ebs pas pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, duke analizuar<br>\u00e7\u00ebshtjen e besimit politik vendor dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb n\u00eb shtat\u00eb fusha t\u00eb&nbsp;besimit politik: (1) besimi<br>n\u00eb qeveri, (2) besimi n\u00eb&nbsp;&nbsp;politikan\u00eb&nbsp;&nbsp;(lider\u00ebt n\u00eb&nbsp;&nbsp;Kosov\u00eb si Presidenti dhe Kryeministri ), (3) n\u00eb<br>sistemin ligjor (gjykata lokale dhe Gjykata Speciale e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Hag\u00eb \u2013 KSC), (4) besimi n\u00eb<br>organet e siguris\u00eb (policia e Kosov\u00ebs, FSK, KFOR), (5) besimi n\u00eb organizata nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(BE, OKB), (6) besimi n\u00eb shtete t\u00eb tjera\/ambasada (Ambasada e Amerik\u00ebs, lidhjet diplomatike<br>me jasht\u00eb) dhe (7) besimi n\u00eb media\/TV. Rezultatet tregojn\u00eb nj\u00eb ndryshim t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm midis<br>besimit politik n\u00eb institucionet vendore nga ato nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Sakt\u00ebsisht, vet\u00ebm 30% kan\u00eb<br>besim n\u00eb gjykatat vendore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, duke e krahasuar me 70% besim n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Speciale t\u00eb<br>Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Hag\u00eb p\u00ebr vitin 2018. Nd\u00ebrsa shqiptar\u00ebt si n\u00eb vend dhe ato me vendbanim jasht\u00eb<br>shtetit kishin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin nivel t\u00eb mosbesimit n\u00eb qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs. Kurse t\u00eb huajt treguan nj\u00eb<br>nivel m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb besimit n\u00eb qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb krahasim me shqiptar\u00ebt. Edhe pse raporti i<br>studimit tregon nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb ul\u00ebt n\u00eb qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, studimi zbulon se Ambasada Amerikane<br>(70%) dhe Policia e Kosov\u00ebs g\u00ebzojn\u00eb besimin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb. Nga institucionet e huaja NATO mori<br>p\u00ebrqindjen m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb besimit politik me 84%, vijuar nga BE-ja me 77% dhe OKB-ja vet\u00ebm<br>me 51%.<br>Pra, nga ky kontekst, mund t\u00eb shohim se Babamusta trajton problemin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb<br>objektive, sepse p\u00ebrve\u00e7 tjerash flet edhe p\u00ebr problemet dhe sfidat me t\u00eb cilat ballafaqohet<br>shoq\u00ebria kosovare, duke u nisur korrupsioni, besimi i ul\u00ebt n\u00eb Gjykatat e vendit, nepotizmi,<br>problemet e theksuara politike me Serbin\u00eb, zhvillimi ekonomik i vendit, migrimi, si dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtje<br>t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb plag\u00eb t\u00eb trash\u00ebguar qysh nga lufta.<br>Nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje tep\u00ebr e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb lib\u00ebr, q\u00eb zakonisht shum\u00eb rrall\u00eb e hasim n\u00eb librat tjera<br>simotra, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe \u00e7\u00ebshtja e metodologjis\u00eb, sidomos hulumtimet e realizuara nga Babamusta, t\u00eb<br>cilat jan\u00eb tep\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr argumentimin e studimit, sepse n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e sociologjis\u00eb<br>terreni (empirizmi) konsiderohet si \u201cmbreti\u201d, p\u00ebrmes hulumtimeve ne mund t\u00eb arrijm\u00eb deri tek<br>objektiviteti dhe p\u00ebrmes tij deri tek zgjerimi i diapazonit t\u00eb dituris\u00eb e cila mund t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb n\u00eb<br>ndryshimet dhe zhvillimet tjera sociale. Andaj, v\u00ebrehet se autorja ka b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb studim unik dhe ka<br>marr\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna origjinale me pyet\u00ebsor\u00eb enkas p\u00ebr ekspert\u00ebt.
