{"id":2308,"date":"2014-08-19T10:00:55","date_gmt":"2014-08-19T10:00:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/intervista.al\/web\/?p=2308"},"modified":"2014-08-19T10:23:37","modified_gmt":"2014-08-19T10:23:37","slug":"7-milione-vdekje-cdo-vit-nga-ndotja-e-ajrit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/intervista.al\/web\/2014\/08\/7-milione-vdekje-cdo-vit-nga-ndotja-e-ajrit\/","title":{"rendered":"7 milion\u00eb vdekje \u00e7do vit nga ndotja e ajrit!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb raport t\u00eb OBSH-s\u00eb, tregohen shifra t\u00eb reja shum\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuese q\u00eb kan\u00eb lidhje me vdekjet e parakohshme, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndotjes atmosferike n\u00eb bot\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas OBSH-s\u00eb, n\u00eb vitin 2012, afro 7 milion\u00eb njer\u00ebz kan\u00eb vdekur p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb ekspozimi ndaj ndotjes s\u00eb ajrit, gj\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson 1 n\u00eb 8 vdekje; nj\u00eb konstatim alarmant i OBSH-s\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsoj\u00eb njer\u00ebzit. Vler\u00ebsimet jan\u00eb realizuar duke u nisur nga t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat mbi s\u00ebmundjet e shkaktuara nga ndotja e ajrit dhe vler\u00ebsimi i ekspozimit t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve ndaj k\u00ebsaj ndotjeje. \u201cRreziqet e shkaktuara nga ndotja e ajrit jan\u00eb tani shum\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha sesa i mendonit, sidomos p\u00ebr s\u00ebmundjet e zemr\u00ebs\u201d, shpjegon doktoresha Maria Neira, drejtoresh\u00eb e departamentit publik t\u00eb OBSH-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>40% t\u00eb vdekjeve t\u00eb shkaktuara nga s\u00ebmundjet e zemr\u00ebs mendohet se kan\u00eb lidhje me ndotjen atmosferike, ashtu si edhe problemet kardiovaskulare. M\u00eb pas vijn\u00eb s\u00ebmundjet e mushk\u00ebrive (11% t\u00eb vdekjeve) dhe kanceri i mushk\u00ebrive (6%). N\u00eb raportin e saj, OBSH-ja raporton edhe disa pabarazi bot\u00ebrore. P\u00ebr shkak se ato i bashkangjiten nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebs, vdekshm\u00ebria q\u00eb mendohet se \u00ebsht\u00eb e varur prej tyre nuk mundet thjesht t\u00eb mblidhet, prandaj mendohet se vler\u00ebsimi total \u00ebsht\u00eb 7 milion\u00eb vdekje n\u00eb 2012-n\u201d, sakt\u00ebson raporti q\u00eb jep shifra 4.3 milion\u00eb vdekje p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndotjes s\u00eb ajrit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm (kryesisht, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ngrohjes me dru, qymyr, apo l\u00ebnd\u00eb organike) dhe mbi 3,7 milion\u00eb vdekje p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndotjes s\u00eb jashtme.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Grat\u00eb dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, m\u00eb t\u00eb prekur nga ndotja<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Viktimat e para t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ndotjeje t\u00eb ajrit jan\u00eb grat\u00eb dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt. \u201cGrat\u00eb dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt paguajn\u00eb nj\u00eb hara\u00e7 t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb ndaj ndotjes s\u00eb ajrit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm, sepse ata kalojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb koh\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi ku thithin tymin dhe substancat q\u00eb dalin nga diegia e drurit dhe karbonit\u201d, shpjegojn\u00eb autor\u00ebt e raportit t\u00eb OBSH-s\u00eb. Ndotja e ajrit t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm, gjithashtu, ndikon te grat\u00eb shtatz\u00ebna. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb konstatim dramatik, OBSH-ja shpreson t\u2019i b\u00ebj\u00eb thirrje komunitetit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar. \u201cJan\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00eb faktor\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb ndikim t\u00eb till\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin n\u00eb bot\u00eb sot\u201d, deklaron doktoresha Neira \u201ckjo \u00ebsht\u00eb prov\u00eb e nevoj\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb nj\u00eb veprim, p\u00ebr t\u00eb pastruar ajrin q\u00eb thithim ne t\u00eb gjith\u00eb\u201d.
