Ato kan\u00eb t\u00eb privatizuar vet\u00ebm sht\u00ebpin\u00eb dhe nuk kan\u00eb as oborr dhe as rrug\u00eb kalimi p\u00ebr t\u2019u lidhur me rrug\u00ebn kryesore. P\u00ebr sqarim, po ju them se toka ku \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar sht\u00ebpia \u00ebsht\u00eb parcel\u00eb m\u00eb vete, pra, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pron\u00eb e pronar\u00ebve.
